We are pleased to present to your attention a study of the maturity of risk management.
in Russian companies for 2025, which was conducted by the DRT Group with the support of the Russian Society for Risk Management Association of Risk Managers. We would like to thank all the respondents and experts who participated in the study.

Despite the changes in the structure of industries and the change of traditional leaders in the rating, the key trends and priorities for the development of risk management in non-financial companies in Russia remain unchanged compared to previous DRT studies.
As before, the following areas require the greatest attention: the formation of a risk management culture, automation of risk management processes and procedures, and the integration of risk management into strategic planning and budgeting processes. At the same time, about a third of the surveyed non-financial organizations in Russia still have not implemented the risk management function.
The majority of respondents note that the main reason for the lack of attention to risk management issues is low awareness and lack of interest in this area on the part of the Board of Directors and senior management of companies.
We are confident that the results of our research will help companies increase internal awareness of the role of risk management in achieving goals and ensuring business continuity, study the best practices of organizations with the most mature risk management function and implement them into their work.
We hope that the materials of the report will be useful for assessing the maturity of the elements of the risk management function in your organization and will help identify opportunities for its development.
