Results of the General Meeting of Members of the Russian Risk Management Society 

On March 26, 2026, the annual General Meeting of Members of the Russian Risk Management Society (RusRisk) was held. The participants reviewed the results of the Association’s activities for 2025, approved strategic documents, and identified areas of work for the next three years.

The main decisions made at the meeting include:

1. Report on the Association’s activities for 2025

The Association’s performance report and the Audit Commission’s report were approved. RusRisk’s activities during the reporting period were deemed to be in line with its established goals and objectives.

2. Personnel Changes

The Board’s decisions on the admission and expulsion of Association members were approved. Changes were made to the composition of the Supervisory Board, the Board, and the Audit Commission.

3. Strategy for 2026-2028

The RusRisk Development Strategy for the next three years was approved. The document outlines the Association’s priority areas, including the development of risk management methodology and standards, expanding cooperation with government agencies, enhancing collaboration with the business community, promoting educational activities and risk management certification, developing marketing efforts, and strengthening international cooperation.

4. Changes to the Charter

Changes were made to the Charter of the Russian Risk Management Society, aimed at updating the organizational and legal mechanisms of work in accordance with current tasks and legal requirements.

5. Development of the Risk Manager Certification System

Changes were approved to the Regulations on the Procedure for Risk Manager Certification.

6. Preparation of the Main Events in 2026

The dates and concept of the annual RusRisk Forum, a key industry event, were approved. The Organizing Committee of the Forum and the Organizing Committee of the Best Risk Management in Russia 2026 Competition were formed. The Association’s Work Plan for 2026 was adopted.

In the final part of the meeting, the participants discussed the prospects for cooperation with relevant agencies, associations related to risk management, and the possibilities for developing international cooperation.

The General Meeting also included the presentation of certificates to new members of the Association and lifetime certificates to the most active members of RusRisk.
