Report by R.P.Lapin, Director of the Agency, Ph.D. “International humanitarian operations of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the current geopolitical conditions”;
Report by D.V. Moon, Deputy Director of the Agency, PhD in Economics, “International cooperation of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in preventing emergencies caused by global climate change.”
